Smudging is a ceremony practiced by some Indigenous peoples of the Americas, that involves the burning of sacred herbs, in some cases for spiritual cleansing or blessing
* Blue sage is also known as “Grandmother” sage
* Inhale this calming scent can provide spiritual strength.
* Use this smudge to relieve hateful energy, toward others and ourselves.
* A close relative of White Sage, Blue Sage is also good for healing and cleansing rituals. Its soothing, relaxing smell can be used to aid meditation, or burned simply for enjoyment. It’s not as pungent as White Sage and is more agreeable to some folks who find the strong, bracing scent of White Sage overpowering.
How to use:
Burn your Smudge stick and let the smoke permeate and cleanse. Waft the Smudge smoke with the feather so that the smoke cleanses the entire room. Once done, snuff out the fire against an abalone shell, store away in a pouch and save for later use.
**Please make sure that a smudge stick is COMPLETELY out before leaving the area unattended**
Burning Instructions: Light the wand from the top end and place the burning wand on a safe surface.
Keep out of reach of children, animals and flammable material.

While you are cleansing your space, crystals, or your jewelry, make sure that you keep a strong and focused intention in mind. Feel free to say a prayer, call on Angels, Spirit, or any other God, or Goddess to assist you to cleanse and purify your space while setting your intention.
